Ryan Sharp
Winemaker. Poet.
Still/Spark was founded by Ryan Sharp—an award-winning winemaker, longtime creative, and someone who’s spent the last 15 years shaping Portland’s beverage culture. As the owner of ENSO Winery, a neighborhood staple in SE Portland, and the creator of Portland Sangria, Ryan’s always been drawn to crafting drinks that bring people together.
When his own lifestyle shifted away from alcohol, he found himself searching for something he could drink with the same sense of beauty, intention, and ritual. Something complex and grounding. Something he could share.
Still/Spark is that offering.
Blending his winemaker’s palate with a love of plant medicine, poetry, and mood, Ryan created a line of zero-proof botanical spritzes built on a winemaker's instinct and a deep curiosity about what plants can do.
Beyond the glass, Ryan is a published poet, a former traveling musician, and someone who believes deeply in presence, depth, and pleasure without compromise.
