Flight Mode Activated

Now pouring: presence, brightness, calm, creativity, and one juicy surprise.

If you're in Portland, you can now taste the entire Still/Spark lineup the way it was meant to be felt— in sequence, in a glass, in community.

We’re now offering flights at ENSO: five mood-driven pours, each its own world. And when tasted together, something like a guided journey through the best parts of being human.

Here’s what’s on your tray:

✴︎ Soft Bloom

The root note. A drink that grounds you and opens the heart. Chamomile, rose, lemon balm—delicate, floral, and reassuring. Think: a long exhale in a sun-dappled garden.

✴︎ Golden Hour

The warm lift. Damiana, ginger, rosemary. Built to brighten the room and your body. This one is sociable, expansive, gently energized. It doesn’t shout. It glows.

✴︎ Bright Calm

The float. Lavender, lemon balm, hibiscus—a chilled sigh in a glass. This one has a quiet presence that wraps you up without weighing you down. Like a soft blanket for your nervous system.

✴︎ Wild Muse

The creative drift. Blue Lotus, Mugwort, passionflower. This one takes you somewhere. Slightly surreal, deeply floral, for artists, dreamers, and late-night thinkers. (You might dream wild after this one. We’ve seen it happen.)

✴︎ Ghia Strawberry (guest pour)

Juicy, lush, and slightly bitter—the perfect finale. This one pops. It rounds out the flight with a fruit-forward punch, showing just how far the N/A world has come.

Come try them. Sip slowly. Talk about how you feel. Because at ENSO, the tasting notes are emotional.
